The Old Dominion Urgent Care Center is a fee for service practice. This enables us to provide a higher quality of care to our patients. Fees for the services provided are payable in full at the time patients are seen by the doctor by way of cash or credit cards.

The center provides its patients with a detailed, itemized receipt for those fees, with reference to treatment diagnoses that enable patients to seek reimbursement from their insurance carriers.
